Hardwood Playchip Playground Surfaces

A processed and selectively screened hardwood chip loose impact-absorbing surface (LIAS), suitable for play areas where a long service life is required.

The Hardwood Playchips are ideal for:

• High movement Play Areas
• Large areas between individual play spaces
• Next to other non-moving structures

It is screened to a particle size of 5 - 40mm. This Playchip is free of fine material and has a durability of between 2-4years.

Hardwood Playchips can be delivered in either Bulk Loads, Bulk Bags or in 75 litre bags.

For Commercial & Domestic Use 80 x 75 litre bags (6m) of Hardwood Playchips will cover 30 square meters to a depth of 200mm.

Independently tested in accordance with the requirements of BS EN 1176 at depths of 300mm, 200mm, 150mm & 100mm giving critical fall heights of 3.5m, 3.2m, 2.5m & 1.7 respectively.
