Softwood Path Material

Well-graded British softwood chips used to provide a natural, cost effective, temporary or permanent all weather walk surface. Ideal for access paths, woodland walks, bridleways, trim and sports tracks, as well as outdoor showground sites.

The material is graded from 5 to 50mm.

The Softwood Playchips are ideal for:

• Pathways in gardens and commercial premises
• Temporary all weather walk surfaces at exhibitions or shows
• Suitable for use on slopes of up to 30 degrees

Softwood Pathchip can be delivered in loose bulk loads, bulk bags or 75 litre bags.

Softwood Playchips can be delivered in either Bulk Loads, Bulk Bags or in 75 litre bags

For Commercial Use: The material should be applied to a depth of at least 70mm, allowing for 10% compaction after 30 days. 90m3 will cover an area of 1170 square metres to a depth of 70mm (allowing for compaction).

For Domestic Use: The material should be applied to a depth of at least 70mm, allowing for 10% compaction after 30 days. 40 x 75 litre bags will cover an area of 40 square metres to a depth of 70mm (allowing for compaction).
