Products include peat reduced growing medium and top dressing materials. The growing medium consists of a blend of pine grower bark, peat, horticultural grit, with controlled addition of a balanced fertiliser and nematodes for biological control of scarid fly. There are many materials that can be used for decorative purposes, but are still effective as a mulch or a top dressing. LECA is a topdressing material that is also suitable as a drainage layer or adding to growing media to reduce density.
Top dressing materials include LECA, pine bark and a variety of cobbles, pebbles and crushed slate.
