Playbark
Pine Play Bark 8mm – 25mm
Pine Play Bark 8mm – 25mm is a well graded, chunky, loose impact absorbing surface (LIAS) produced from pine bark. It has a long service life due to the large particle size and is ideal for children’s play area surfaces and has an attractive, high-grade appearance. A 90m³ load will cover a play area of 400m² to a settled depth of 200mm.
Pine Play Bark 10mm – 50mm
A well graded, chunky, loose impact absorbing surface (LIAS) produced from pine bark. It has a long service life with children of all ages due to the large particle size and has an attractive, high-grade appearance. A 90m³ load will cover a play area of 400m² to a settled depth of 200mm.
Redwood Playground Bark
A more economic but still hard wearing material suitable for all play equipment.
Playchips
Softwood Playchips
Softwood playchips are processed and selectively screened loose impact-absorbing surface (LIAS) chips, suitable for play areas. It is screened to a particle size of 5mm – 40mm. It is free of fine material and has a durability of between 2 – 4 years. 82L bags (6m³) of Softwood playchips will cover 28.4m² to a depth of 200mm.
Hardwood Playchips
Hardwood playchips are useful in high movement play areas where long service life is required. It’s durability is 2 – 4 years. It is screened to a particle size of 5mm – 40mm and is free from fine materials. 82L bags (6m³) of Hardwood Playchips will cover 28.4m² to a depth of 200mm.
